To respect the time of our providers and other clients, 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Next day or Less than 24 hours' notice: 25% of the scheduled service cost will be charged, and a $50 cancellation fee. 

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged, and your deposit will be forfeited.

As appointment times fill quickly, we encourage you to schedule your next appointment before leaving the office to secure your preferred date and time.
