After completing your package, you do not need to continue weekly treatments. If you maintain healthy habits, your results can last long-term. Some patients choose one or two maintenance sessions per year or a touch-up before a vacation or special event — but it’s completely optional.


The Final Piece: Supporting Your Results

Hydration is essential, especially after cavitation treatments. We recommend increasing your water intake before and after each session (aiming for 80–100 oz within 24 hours post-treatment) to help your lymphatic system efficiently process treated fat cells. The more hydrated you are, the better your body can do its job.


Sleep also plays a major role. Quality rest supports metabolism, hormone balance, and recovery — all of which impact how your body responds to contouring treatments.


We also encourage limiting alcohol and excess sugar, particularly 24–48 hours before and after your sessions. Both can increase inflammation and slow down the body’s natural processing systems. Small adjustments here can make a noticeable difference in how smoothly and efficiently your results develop.
